Meier-Brakenberg has been farming pigs for generations. We started developing our own constructions because the equipment which had been available on the market at that time did not meet our requirements. As a result of these considerations we can now present first-class high-pressure cleaners - true specialists for agriculture and subcontractors - and other highly professional equipment for industry and municipal technology.

You will always be informed about the optimum sales weight and therefore the ideal date of sale. We have developed mobile and stationary multi-purpose scales for precise weighing of moving animals. Our product range includes mobile scales for individual animals, stationary low-floor scales and special constructions such as the large size bull weighing machine at Hamburg harbour, a special construction with selection gate which is used at Hamburg harbour to weigh bulls for export.

Porky's Pick Up for fattening pigs and Porky's Pick Up XL for sows fundamentally revolutionise carcass transport. The dead animal is picked up without any physical strain or contact. With the self-propelled Porky ́s Pick Up, you go right up to the animal in the pen. With three electric pick-up rollers, the animal is pulled onto the vehicle at the push of a button. Transporker is light, small and is carried by hand directly to the carcass. Our Nibbling Pipe offers organic activity materials. Sustainable and inexpensive at the same time, it replaces plastic activity materials with wooden slats. Our Scrubbing Wall was developed especially for animal welfare. It is in use at farms where measures in accordance with the Initiative Tierwohl are implemented.

Cleansman for barn cleaning without manual post-cleaning

Our washing robot has an integrated frequency-controlled high-pressure cleaner with up to 70 l/min. The frequency technology enables different washing programmes with different water pressures. Floors are cleaned at full power, sensitive stable elements at low pressure.

The special spray programme ensures full-surface cleaning without spray shadows. Cleaning is carried out in 2 parallel lanes.

In step 1, the paths are at right angles to the aisle,

in step 2, they are offset by 90°, parallel to the aisle.

The washing robot remains in position until the water jet has covered the entire width, only then does it move on. This means that no areas remain to be cleaned manually. With a working width of up to 15 metres, Cleansman also efficiently covers large compartments, with two washing nozzles washing simultaneously and 360° around the aisle.

The Cleansman washing robot is installed directly in the compartment with the integrated high-pressure cleaner and two built-in automatic drums for water and electricity. The laser distance sensors measure the entire compartment. The intuitive control via the touchscreen allows the cleaning process to be started and adjustments to various cleaning programmes such as the cleaning height, ceiling wash or soaking function. The computer control system specifies the bypassing of automatic feeders and other installations for the compartment.

The frequency control on the high-pressure pump enables the programme sequences for cleaning without manual pre- and post-cleaning:

Soaking with low pressure
Intensive cleaning of floor and lower walls at maximum pressure, with up to 70 litres per minute
Parallel lanes offset by 90°
Ceiling wash with low pressure
Post-wash with medium pressure

The robust stainless steel chassis and waterproof electronics make Cleansman resistant to corrosive conditions in the barn. The electronics are housed in a stainless steel control cabinet. The durable construction and maintenance-free drives ensure that Cleansman works reliably even under demanding conditions.
